We really miss our students! We are quickly approaching the end of the school year. Please read the information below regarding schedules. I apologize for the length of this email but we want to include as much information for you as possible.
Band parents will receive communication from Anderson.

If you have students in multiple grades, you can return them all on one day.
PERSONAL ITEM PICK-UP AND LIBRARY BOOK DROP-OFF (May 11-15)
Rasco will have a drive-thru pick-up schedule for students to receive any personal items left in their classrooms, desks, or lockers and to return library books (from the school library or from the teacher’s classroom library collection). End-of-year awards and spring pictures will also be given out.

Please adhere to the grade-level pick-up schedule below.

Approach the campus from the direction of Canna Lane and Lake Road and pull into the bus lane (see map). Please do not park, but move through the bus lane, and we will assist you as you approach the building.

Please help us by placing your Rasco placard or a piece of paper with your student’s name and grade clearly visible on your windshield.

Once your student’s items are brought out, please open the trunk for us to place them in the vehicle.

Before you exit the parking lot, there is a bin for students to drop off books that they have borrowed from the campus library or teacher libraries.

CHROMEBOOK DROP-OFF (May 18-22)

Remember to bring the Chromebook, charger cord, and HotSpot (if borrowed from the district).

Enter through the bus lane similar to the pick-up schedule.

You will complete a form that we will provide to assist with the process.

Once the form is complete, you will hand the form, Chromebook, charger cord, and HotSpot (if borrowed) to a Rasco staff member (through your car window).

Attached to this email is an aerial map for traffic flow as well as a Chromebook check in form (if you wish to print out and fill out the top portion prior to drop off). If you do not have a printer, do not worry, we will provide a copy on campus when you arrive in the drop off line.
