The Young Einsteins group is a student organization designed to allow members the opportunity to complete a science fair project for competition purposes. Members will select a topic of their choosing, research relevant material, conduct their own scientific investigation, collect data, and prepare materials necessary to compete at the annual Brazoria County Science Fair.
· Membership: Open to any 6th Grader who has a genuine love of science and is approved by their science teacher. Members and their parents must sign a contract promising to complete all necessary components of the project upon admission into the Young Einsteins. This club will serve 20 students.
· Meeting Dates/Times: The club will begin meeting in October (dates to be announced). Meetings will be held on Wednesdays from 3:00-3:45.
· Meeting Location: 6th Grade Science Lab
