Rocket Scientists

The Rocket Scientists club is student organization designed to promote student awareness of the environment and responsible management of our resources. Activities will include environmental education and guest speakers, exploration of current trends in conservation and recycling, contribution to events to promote community awareness and participation in the Brazoria County Science Fair.

Membership: Participation is open to all fifth grade students. Students are asked to submit a persuasive poster on the topic of "Reduce, reuse and recycle".
Meetings: Rocket Scientists and Recyclers will meet once monthly on the third Wednesdayof each month with the first meeting to be held on Sept. 25th. More meetings will be held for students participating in the Brazoria County Science Fair in order to research and prepare their presentations.
